Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 April 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Project-M and ItsMeChinna handle information across its AI chat, builder, API, storage, documentation, and related platform services.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, profile data supplied by Google OAuth, project prompts, generated app metadata, builder logs, uploaded or attached files, chat content, API usage records, feature settings, and technical service logs.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide AI chat functionality, generate and manage applications, authenticate users, store project data, improve reliability, diagnose errors, secure the platform, route requests to configured AI models, and maintain operational audit records.
3. AI processing
Prompts, files, screenshots, images, documents, or code submitted to the platform may be processed by configured local models or third-party AI providers depending on available settings. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential third-party data unless they have authority to do so.
4. Authentication and account data
Google OAuth and Supabase authentication may be used to verify users. Authentication tokens are used only to maintain sessions, enforce access controls, and connect users to their projects.
5. Storage and retention
Project records, generated files, logs, and account-related metadata may be retained for platform continuity, debugging, and operational history. Data may be deleted or modified according to operationsistrative settings and technical limitations.
6. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect systems, including authentication, service isolation, access controls, HTTPS routing, and restricted operationsistrative surfaces. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Third-party services
The platform may connect with services such as Google OAuth, Supabase, OpenAI, Gemini, local model servers, hosting providers, and automation systems. Their own policies may apply when their services process data.
8. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, process, generate, or store any content submitted to the platform.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, contact the platform operator through the Contact Us page.
