Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Project-M and ItsMeChinna services, including AI chat, app builder, APIs, storage, MCP, documentation, and related tools.

1. Acceptable use

Users must use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and only for content they have rights to process. Users must not attempt to abuse, attack, scrape, overload, bypass access controls, expose secrets, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

2. AI output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for production without review. Users are responsible for validating generated code, app logic, legal text, operational decisions, and any deployment output.

3. Builder output

Generated applications may include code, UI components, schemas, files, and deployment metadata. Users must test security, performance, licensing, and correctness before relying on generated apps.

4. Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure. Operationsistrative areas are restricted and must not be accessed without authorization.

5. Third-party services

The platform may rely on Google OAuth, Supabase, OpenAI, Gemini, hosting providers, local AI models, and other tools. Availability may depend on those services.

6. No warranty

The platform is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or fitness for a specific purpose.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves.

Developers can sign in to the user dashboard, generate a Project-M API key, and connect their applications to Chinna AI, Project-M LLM, MCP tools, and builder services.
